题目：Face Cognition from an Individual Differences Perspective: Psychometrics, Neural and Genetic Underpinnings

报告简介：

Fast and accurate processing of faces (person identity, emotion, speech movements, gender, attractiveness) is essential for human communication and interaction. Although much work has been done on the general processes and mechanisms of this astonishing human ability, there is much less research on the large differences between persons and even less on the underlying neural mechanisms. During the last 10 years my colleagues and I have studied both questions in several large-scale experiments. In my presentation I will first summarize our results about the cognitive structure of face cognition and whether it is affected by age and gender. Then I will report our research on the neural mechanisms of individual differences in face cognition, as reflected in event-related brain potentials, and finally I will present some findings about genetic polymorphisms and their relationship with face cognition.

报告人简介：

Werner Sommer教授早年本科毕业于德国维尔茨堡大学、在康斯坦茨大学获得心理学博士学位，现为德国柏林洪堡大学心理学系教授，曾任心理学系主任、智能系统交互跨学科研究中心主任。一直致力于生物心理学、心理物理学的研究，是国际顶尖ERP研究专家，其研究兴趣主要包括认知心理生理学（脑电的心理学意义）、面孔加工、语言加工、双任务加工及反应准备等领域。在国际重要学术杂志发表论文二百余篇，主持各级各类项目经费350余万欧元。

题目：The Effect of Zhongyong and Interaction Context on Cooperative Behavior  

        中庸和交往情景对合作行为的影响

报告简介：

中庸是中国人的处世之道，从社会规范与个人价值观两个方面影响个体的思维与行为。越来越多的学者开始从不同的角度深入探究中庸，使中庸成为考察中国人的行为时不可忽视的重要因素。王飞雪及其研究团队对中庸开展了一系列的实证研究，并发现中庸是维系人际和谐的有效策略，与人际情境密不可分。讲座将介绍该团队对中庸思维与社会情境对个体合作行为的影响的实验研究及其结果。

报告人简介：

王飞雪，女，中山大学心理学系副教授，硕士生导师。日本北海道大学文学院行动科学，社会心理学方向博士（2002）。研究领域：人际信任与群体动力，中庸与人际冲突。在实验社会心理学以及跨文化比较研究领域有着丰富的实证研究经验。完成多项国际合作研究课题。在《亚洲社会心理学杂志》等重要学术杂志上发表有影响的论文二十多篇。
