题目： Effects of Competition with Outcome Feedback on Risky Decision Making

报告简介：

    Competitions are ubiquitous. Indeed, people commonly seek to achieve a superior position vis-à-vis others in a variety of contexts, from daily social situations to organizational settings and market transactions. The attachment or maintenance of such competitive outcomes has been shown to play a vital role in a variety of behavior including social dominance formation. In this talk, I will present two recent behavioral studies exploring how competitive outcome influences contestants' risky decision-making in both a nonsocial setting and a mutually beneficial setting. These findings have characterized the propensity of contestants to behave in response to competitive outcome in risky settings.

报告人简介：

    李岩松，博导，南京大学心理学系和脑科学研究院。北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室毕业后，曾在德国马克斯普朗克神经病理学研究所和法国国家科学中心完成博士和博士后科研训练。2015年入选南京大学“登峰人才”支持计划，2019年获得江苏省社科优青资助。主持Competition, Addiction and Social Neuroscience研究团队, 并共同主持南京大学脑科学研究院心智发展和脑发育实验室。目前是中国神经科学会应激分子生物学专委会委员和江苏省心理学会认知神经科学分会副主任委员。主持国家自然科学基金和南京大学文科创新团队项目等基金多项。已经在Brain、Journal of Neuroscience、JEP：G、Cognition, Hormones and Behavior, SCAN和Translational Psychiatry等高水平期刊发表文章多篇，并荣获第十五届江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖和2018年江苏省高校教育科学研究（哲学社会科学）一等奖等奖项。
