报告简介:

Negative symptoms are mainly composed of two factors, namely, diminished pleasure/motivation and diminished emotional expression. According to phenomenological descriptions in DSM-5 sections, emotional and motivational deficits are core characteristics in many DSM mental disorders. Unfortunately, efforts to develop pharmacological and psychosocial interventions for negative symptoms have proved difficult, particularly in schizophrenia. Limited treatment progress is due in part to poor understanding of the psychological mechanism and neurobiological substrates underlying negative symptoms. Research Domain Criteria (RDoCInsel, 2010) provides a research framework for new approaches to investigate mental disorders, integrating many levels of analysis (from genomics and circuits to behavior and self-reports) to explore functional dimensions that span the full range of human behavior from normal to abnormal. From a RDoC prospective, whether there are shared or different emotional and motivational deficits among patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder has becoming a research focus. Examining the shared and distinct features of emotional and motivational impairments across diagnostic boundaries may facilitate individualized treatment of negative symptoms. Part I is to summarize our previous findings on emotional profiles in schizophrenia and effort-cost computation across schizophrenia, bipolar disorder major depressive disorder. Part II will introduce a validation study on the Chinese version of the Multidimensional Schizotypy Scale that measuring schizotypal traits, and a pilot study on efficacy of mindfulness-based intervention on experiential pleasure in individuals with schizotypal traits. Finally, we will discuss the limitations and future directions.
