题目：Dynamical Systems Analysis and Its Application in Health and Clinical Psychology

Along with the rapid development of ecological momentary assessment and biomarker testing, the past decade has witnessed a significant rise in the use of intensive longitudinal design in social and behavioral sciences. Such design automatically generates a set of time-dependent and interrelated psychological/physiological processes, namely a dynamical system. Dr. Hu will briefly introduce the ideas, techniques and applications of dynamical systems analysis. The techniques involved include Differential Equation Modeling, State-Space Modeling, Behavioral Genetics and Network Analysis. Illustrative examples include the coupling of binge eating with estrogen change across menstrual cycle, the effect of aging on the bi-directional relationship between sleep and habitual caffeine intake, genetic and environmental influences on mood change among adolescents from families with different socioeconomic status, and the impact of mindfulness-based intervention on the cross-lagged network between symptoms.

胡月琴副教授，北京大学心理学经济学双学士，心理学硕士，弗吉尼亚大学心理学博士，现任美国德克萨斯州立大学健康动力学实验室主任，终身教授。研究领域：计量心理学，主要从事纵向数据统计模型的开发和应用。在《心理学方法》，《结构方程模型》，《变态心理学》和《行为睡眠医学》 等期刊发表多篇论文，任《跨学科与应用心理学》期刊编委，美国心理协会定性和定量方法分会和心理测量学会成员。

用户体验与行为、认知模式的研究对于基础和应用心理学都具有重大价值。本讲座将介绍相关研究前沿发展，以及中美在用户研究领域的学科与课程体系建设经验。
报告人简介：
何吉波博士，是清华大学心理学系副教授，博士生导师，美国Wichita State University的终身教授。何吉波教授在清华大学负责国际用户体验硕士学位。 何教授的主要研究方向是认知心理学，驾驶安全，人机交互，飞行安全，用户体验，智能手机和穿戴设备，眼动追踪与注意。何吉波博士在心理学、计算机科学和交通安全等领域发表期刊论文35篇，会议论文45篇，论文被引用1879多次。何吉波个人和其所属单位在美国和欧洲27国申请专利共8项，多家公司正在申请使用何吉波的专利。何吉波教授荣获了1,140,760美元(761,3352人民币)的研究经费，包括美国航空管理局卓越研究中心（Federal Aviation Administration Center of Excellence），美国国家自然科学基金和中国国家青年科学基金。何吉波博士是美国航空管理局少有的华人中心主任。何吉波荣获微软的“Star of Tomorrow” （明日之星）和University of Illinois的“Most Valuable Graduate”（最有价值毕业生）的荣誉，以及多项科技创新奖。他的研究被中文、英文、德文和西班牙语等多国语言，和浙江卫视，Bloomberg News （全美最大媒体之一）, Kansas City Star, New York Public Radio, APA Monitor (众多心理学家都会读的杂志)，Google, 美国议员等多方媒体、公司和机构报道。
