研究兴趣
我们课题组LiveWell Lab与来自心理学、公共卫生、护理学、社会学等多领域的学者共同探索：在技术驱动、快速发展的当代社会中，如何通过科学研究帮助人们改善日常生活方式(lifestyle)、提升身心健康水平(well-being)。
我们的核心研究方向包括：
•探索身心健康的发展机制，聚焦心理健康的生活方式干预的研发与评估（运动、饮食、自然接触等）；
•关注高风险与弱势人群，回应其现实处境，制定合适的健康促进策略；
•审慎探索 AI 等数字技术在心理健康服务中的应用潜力与边界，推动其科学合理地服务于公众福祉。
